Coalescence was recently mentioned in Forbes!
Coalescence celebrates the complex and intensive renovation of the historic War Memorial Veteran's Building through the slivered lens of spatial memory and reassembly of experiential fragments of the building's character. Olivia and I repurposed cardboard tubes used during the construction process (packaging for the new lighting grid) into a spatial experience and projected recomposed and collected imagery that we filmed throughout the building onto the fragmented "cloud."
Materials: Cardboard tubes, latex paint, cable, video projection
